Strategic Plan, Actionable Plan, and Dashboards
We work with the executive team and other key stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and set strategic goals based that will translate real actionable tasks that align with the overall strategic plan. We would work with the management team to set up and implement dashboards, so everyone in the company starts their day with a specific numeric goal. That information is funneled up to the executive team.
Projections and Budget
Based on the strategic goal, we prepare short term and long term projections. We would design a budget and provide a forecast vs actual budget analysis monthly based on these projections.
Obtaining or Restructuring Debt
Whether it is the company’s goal is to grow or manage debt more efficiently, we advise you as to the appropriate debt or capital instrument and provide banks or other capital sources with the necessary information to facilitate the lending process.
